A Day in the Life of 1st Service:

• Input and review data within our ERP system regarding quotes, orders, shipments, and invoices
• Daily administration of the Salesforce and phone queues
• Office Participation: full time on-site presence
• Learning & Development: Monthly completion of assigned courses to include passing grade on completion examinations
• Participation in supervisor meetings, departmental meetings, and monthly company town halls per advisory of Operations Manager
