• Non-Critical Infrastructure Preventive Maintenance activities
• Equipment Monitoring (FOC) –BMS | FAS | EMS
• Vendor oversight and escort
• Filter Changes / Cleaning
• CRAH media cleaning/replacement
• Snow removal / Salting (if applicable)
• Painting
• Door hardware repair/replacement
• Changing light bulbs/ballast
• Hanging artwork
• Replacing carpet tiles
• Vehicle maintenance (Trucks, side by side, skid steer, forklifts, pallet jacks etc.)
Key Qualifications
• Must demonstrate an understanding of risk mitigation practices and their application in critical sites.
• Demonstrated excellent verbal/written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and demonstrate excellent time management.
• Knowledge of electrical distribution systems and over current protective devices.
• Familiarity with sophisticated equipment monitoring, alarm, and building automated management systems in all aspects of life safety and fire alarm systems.
