POSITION SUMMARY: The Therapist III functions as a member of a team to assist in the planning, development, and delivery of outcome-effective treatment services in various types of settings. This position also functions to plan and deliver both on-site and off-site clinical case coordination, intervention, consultation and/or educational services to children, adolescents, adults, and families.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
1. Master’s degree in a relevant social science field.
2. Licensed in the state of Ohio as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) or Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW), of Independently Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
3. Training and experience in the types of services provided by the team, with age appropriate competency, using the
