Pay Range:Days: $17.45 - $19.27Evenings: $18.55 - $20.37 Nights: $18.95 – $20.77All evening and night shifts include shift differentials. The base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for successful applicants. Shift differentials have been included in the range. Pay is determined by factors including experience, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity and contracts. 

• Experience with shift scheduling a plus!
• Detail attentiveness required for this busy hospital department. Individual must be self-motivated and willing to self-direct.
• Exceptional organizational skills a must. Ability to simultaneously handle multiple assignments/projects with accuracy needed
• Associates degree in secretarial science or graduate of post-secondary business school preferred.
• Five years prior experience, with experience in both administrative support preferred. Proficiency with computer software.
• Previous experience in healthcare environment preferred.

The qualified candidate will:

• Be responsible for creating shift schedules for 1-2 units in hospital setting.
• Schedule staff coverage in order to ensure efficient and effective staffing patterns for the hospitals.
• Perform the clerical duties required by Nursing Administration Division. 

Minimum Education Requirement – 

High school level of knowledge preferred. Associates degree in secretarial science or graduate of post secondary business school preferred.
