Bross Street Assisted Living is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Care Provider for older adults, fostering an environment where they can thrive and receive excellent, person-centered care in a home-like environment. We are looking for a service-minded team player, who is willing to go above and beyond to help the individuals in our home. Our care providers must be conscientious, and willing to provide enthusiastic service to our residents. We believe in focusing on the individuals and their needs, and our staff must strive to provide this individual attention. Being a CNA is not required. We are looking for someone to work evening/overnight shifts.

Duties and responsibilities:
- Providing direct care services as needed to residents including, but not limited to:
- Support with activities of daily living
- Medication administration
- Meal preparation and facilitation
- Perform and/or assist with personal care, such as bathing, teeth brushing, shaving,dressing, eating, and bathrooming.
- Work as a productive member of the assisted living team, maintaining a positive and professional attitude at all times
- Communicate clearly and proficiently with residents, family members, and health care professionals in person and over the phone
- Document data displaying the residents goals and progression
- Foster self-respect and esteem by recognizing, accepting, and respecting those entrusted to your care
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must be able to work evenings and weekend
- Experience/current certification in medical administration and CPR a plus (training available for those not currently certified)
- Must have training and/or experience commensurate with the service or support being provided
- Works in full compliance with all of Bross Street policies, procedures and protocols
- Able to perform the physical demands of the position
Hourly:
$15.50 hourly
Salary : $16
