Position Summary (Purpose of job) :
The role's primary responsibility is to collect, analyze, and report internal / external data to support and develop internal strategy interfacing directly with Sales, Operations, and Samsung's HQ. Strong verbal and written communication in both English and Korean are essential skills to work effectively in reporting to both leadership team in the US and Korea. This position will be responsible for analyzing competitor pricing matched with market expectations to determine the ideal target price for products of the business. Duties include providing thorough analytical breakdowns of pricing structures and sales funnels of similar competitor products and services and identifying specific strategies used in pricing models of the same. This role will report directly to the Business Director.
Key Responsibilities
Perform competitor analysis on similar products and services, identify ideal pricing structures and sales funnels and draft strategic pricing plans and processes to improve existing projects
Scope out opportunities based on market trends and industry condition
Create reports reflecting metrics and project status, objectives and barriers and communicate findings effectively to relevant departments of the company
Ongoing definition, monitoring and management of sales team's individual metrics
Present findings / insights to leaders with recommendations for program enhancements
Develop Ad-Hoc reports for Leadership Team
Additional responsibilities may include supporting the team on areas defined by Sales department leads

Minimum Job Qualifications :
Education / Training -
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Statistic or equivalent combination of education and experience required
- 5 years of pricing analyst in HVAC and / or related experience
- Experience working as part of a multi-function project team, including interacting and following-up with multiple stakeholders including but not limited to program leaders, process owners, executive leaders, and department staff, etc
- Must be Koren / English bilingual
