What You’ll Do:
- Oversee day-to-day estate operations, ensuring smooth and efficient household management.
- Manage household staff, including hiring, scheduling, training, and performance oversight.
- Train staff in running a fine home, implementing best practices for service and efficiency.
- Handle budgeting, inventory, vendor contracts, and financial records for multiple properties.
