Sandhill Center is seeking a Full Time Night Attendant to work in an innovative, nationally-recognized residential program in Los Lunas, New Mexico for children between the ages of 8 and 13 who have difficulties building and maintaining relationships. Most of our residents can't adequately regulate their emotional and mental states because of early attachment disruptions or barriers, and therefore present with serious emotional and behavioral challenges.
Night attendant's duties include supervision of the children at night, house cleaning, meal preparation, light clerical duties (charting, auditing, etc.), assisting teachers and Child Care Workers in the morning routine.
Minimum Requirements: Must be 18 years or older. High school diploma or G.E.D. preferred. Pre-employment drug/alcohol test required. Background check required. Mandatory covid vaccination policy.
Schedule: 10/11pm to 7/8am. Nights to be determined upon hire; five nights per week.
Compensation: DOE (Most begin at $16.00/hr).
Lucrative sign on bonus.
