Description
Overview
Responsible for the administration, support and maintenance of all enterprise-wide network basedsystems. This includes on-premise equipment, cloud hosted services, and any network related systems. Performs a variety of duties in supporting information systems and technology support to SLFCU departments. Ensures all network based systems are configured in compliance with all applicable policies. Twenty-four hour availability required, when needed. Coordinates network infrastructure changes, expansions, upgrades, and troubleshooting. Maintains operating stability and efficiency and ensures the security of network infrastructure. Monitors, documents, tests and updates relevant policies, procedures, hardware performance issues, security and planned system changes. Provides technical guidance and second level support and training for help desk issues pertaining to network changes, network projects, and other related technology questions.
