Restaurant Cleaner

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various settings, including commercial and residential spaces. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. The Cleaner will ensure that all areas are kept clean, safe, and well-maintained.

Duties

• Perform general cleaning tasks in assigned areas, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
• Conduct floor care activities such as buffing and polishing to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
• Carry out custodial duties in commercial facilities, ensuring all surfaces are sanitized and presentable
• Maintain cleanliness in restrooms and common areas, ensuring supplies are stocked and available
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.

Requirements

• Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is preferred but not mandatory.
• Knowledge of floor care techniques and equipment operation is a plus.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with safety procedures related to cleaning chemicals and equipment is desirable.
