Position Summary:
The Middle School Principal will serve as the instructional and operational leader, promoting a positive, student-centered culture while ensuring academic and operational excellence. This leader will work closely with staff, families, and the community to help every student reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
· Visionary Leadership: Develop and communicate a clear vision for academic and cultural success.
· Culture & Climate: Foster a positive, inclusive school environment where students and staff thrive.
· Instructional Leadership: Guide staff in student-centered, data-driven teaching practices and professional growth.
· Operational Management: Oversee school operations, including scheduling, budgeting, facilities, and resources.
· Data-Driven Decision Making: Use data to monitor student progress and drive instructional improvements.
Qualifications:
· Experience: 3-5 years of leadership experience in middle school or equivalent preferred.
· Education: Master’s degree in Educational Leadership or related field; valid administrative certification.
· Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and data-analysis skills with a collaborative leadership style.
