Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Director at Santa Maria El Mirador in Santa Fe, NM. The Executive Director will oversee the daily operations of the organization, develop and implement strategic plans, manage budgets, and lead a team of staff members. The role involves working closely with participants, families, staff, and the community to ensure the mission and goals of the organization are met.
Qualifications
- Leadership, Management, and Strategic Planning skills
- Experience in budget management and financial oversight
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of intellectual disabilities and community support services
- Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Public Health, or related field preferred.
- 10years management experience preferred.
