Job Description:
- Senior 10 to 13 year total organizational experience
- Java/Mainframe development background - who can read the complex application as well as help the team member if needed
- Product/BA experience - able to read complex application and convert the logics to business meaningful language
- QA/Automation background - plus point as its helps with critical thinking of the system and application
- Presentation skills - ppt/deck/visio etc
- Agile knowledge - good to have but not mandatory
