Job Summary

This leader has oversight and supervises the monthly clinical audits and activities of multiple FPG locations. In this role, the leader sets the tone and models positive leadership behavior, while ensuring individual and team work tasks, projects, and responsibilities are completed successfully in support of departmental and organizational goals. Assists in development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures, training of clinical staff throughout FPG locations, to include both new employees and for ongoing clinical competencies. Performs as a Clinical Float, as needed.

Required Qualifications

- Require two (2) years of healthcare experience in a physician office setting.

Preferred Qualifications

- Prefer licensure as a State of Florida Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), or Registered Nurse (RN), or certification as a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) by the American Association of Medical Assistants (AAMA), or a Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) by the American Medical Technologists (AMT).
