Job Description:
The Harbor Department Information Technology Division is seeking a Business Analyst to assist with Information Technology Division's business/administrative support.
Duties include but are not limited to:
• Assist with Information Technology Division business/administrative support.
• Coordinate activities within ITD and with the business/administrative functions across the Port of Los Angeles (e.g. - Finance, Procurement, Human Resources, etc.).
• Work with vendors to obtain quotes, resolve issues and other follow up.
• Use the Enterprise Resource Planning (Oracle ERP) finance and purchasing modules for various administrative functions.
• Provide reports of budget, contract status and others as needed.
• Work normal business hours. Occasional after hours work may also be required.
• Work on-site, in accordance with City of Los Angeles policies.
Hours and Location
• Primary location is 425 S. Palos Verdes Blvd, San Pedro, CA 90731, with other locations in San Pedro and Wilmington.
• Monday thru Friday, 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM (40 hours per week, some flexibility)
• Work On-Site, in accordance with City of Los Angeles policies.
