Successful Baltimore Manufacturing Plant celebrating 90 years is seeking Dynamic Production Associates to join our team.
Job duties:
•Carefully identify each item to be sliced according to the specifications for each item.
•Handle cooked meat products.
•Ensure all weights are correct.
•Knowledge of which top and bottom film to use in the repack machine based on the products being packed.
•Proper load both top and bottom film and cycle the machine to ensure the repack machine is running properly and is not discharging plastic.
•Carefully load the repack machine before the items are boxed and weighed for shipping.
Required duties of all positions:
•HS Grad or equiv
•Basic Math Skills
•Follow all Good Manufacturing Practices as trained
•Able to work in cool (41degrees) and wet environment
•Able to lift 45 lbs.
•Able to perform repetitive movements and standing over long time periods
•Good communication skills – verbal, written & interpersonal
•Able to work independently, be well organized and perform multiple tasks
**This position will be a 4 day a week, 10 hour a day position. The hours will be 6:30AM-5:00PM Monday-Friday (the days of the week worked will be determined when hired).
