What are the responsibilities and job description for the Fan Service Associate position at Savannah Ghost Pirates?
OBJECTIVE:
The Savannah Ghost Pirates Hockey Team is seeking a self-starter who possesses superior listening and communication skills and is eager to grow their career in sports by providing top-tier service to our fans and customers. Under the guidance of the President & Vice President, our Service Representative will provide customer service for season/group/premium ticket-holders and every other fan of the Savannah Ghost Pirates.
- Excellent communication skills with our fan base and customers
- Assisting fans by answering questions and trouble shooting as needed
- Set up face-to-face appointments with key decision makers of community and corporate groups as needed
- Staff ticket sales tables for games and events plus outside networking events
- Must meet all predetermined activity and service requirements
- Work all home games to support ticket service & support initiatives
- Updates accounts on CRM System
- Exemplify the core characteristics of a strong service culture, including strong interpersonal skills, prompt and professional follow-through, openness to new ideas and suggestions, and constant enthusiasm toward internal and external contacts
- Communicate effectively and professionally with all internal and external contacts
- Support a positive culture within the entire front office
- Perform all other duties as assigned by Vice President & President

- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 1-3 years of customer service experience
- Interest in building a career in sports & fan experiences
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Team player with a positive attitude, self-confidence, professionalism, resourcefulness, integrity, motivation, and a very strong work ethic
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holiday
