Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced dining environment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent guest relations skills and a passion for providing exceptional service. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests while ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.

Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable.
- Present menus, provide detailed descriptions of food and beverage offerings, and make recommendations to enhance the dining experience.
- Take accurate orders using the POS system, ensuring all requests are communicated clearly to the kitchen staff.
- Upsell menu items and specials to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining guest satisfaction.
- Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring proper presentation and adherence to food handling standards.
- Monitor guest needs throughout their meal, responding promptly to requests for additional items or assistance.
- Buss tables efficiently to maintain cleanliness and readiness for incoming guests.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any issues that may arise during service.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling procedures.

Requirements
- Previous experience in food service or fine dining is preferred but not required.
- Strong culinary knowledge with an understanding of menu offerings and ingredients.
- Excellent sales skills with the ability to upsell effectively while maintaining guest satisfaction.
- Proficient in using POS systems for order entry and payment processing.
- Exceptional time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy periods.
- Strong guest relations skills with a focus on providing outstanding customer service.
- Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism at all times.
- Must be able to lift and carry trays of food and beverages as needed throughout shifts.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
