The Driver/Groundsperson is a key team member serving our customers. This year-round position handles tree spade operations and other key activities completing a variety of interesting jobs each week. Equipment training is provided.

What a day is like:

In this position the Driver/Equipment Operator utilizes skills and specialized training with our specialized trucks and equipment. Interfacing with a variety of other different position in the organization, the position provides opportunity for learning and growth in the green industry.

 What kind of person are we looking for? Someone with:

• The ability to run various types of equipment, who enjoys working outdoors
• High School diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years driving experience (CDL not required)
• The responsibility and independence to work autonomously
• Excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills to understand and meet client needs
