Office Assistant/Receptionist/Sales
This position is more than answering phones, scheduling service calls, and selling hot tubs. The Sawatzky Pools and Spas Office Assistant helps customers achieve crystal clear water by testing their pool water in our store and helping them understand their results. We also sell Hotspring Spas, the leader in the hot tub industry. You will be trained to sell in a consultative, no pressure environment. This is a seasonal, full, or part time office position starting as soon as available (we can accommodate schedules based on when schools get out). No experience needed, just a willingness to learn, strong communication, an approachable attitude, and willingness to help. Other attributes for success in this position include; strong problem solving, effective phone communication, someone who thrives in a team atmosphere, and is comfortable with computers and technology. Typical business hours from 8-5 weekdays and one Saturday morning per month. Other responsibilities include greeting customers, answering the phone, scheduling service calls, point of sale, and emailing invoices, ability to lift 20 lbs. (stocking shelves and helping customers with chemicals), experience with microsoft excel/word or Google Drive a plus but not required.

- High school or equivalent (Preferred)

- Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
