Key Responsibilities:
- Account Management: Oversee and manage the overall performance of our Amazon accounts in Canada and Mexico, ensuring product listings are optimized for maximum visibility and sales.
- Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales, grow revenue, and improve overall account performance. Identify and execute opportunities to increase market share and profitability.
- Market Research: Continuously analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities and optimize existing processes.
- Campaign Management: Create and manage Amazon advertising campaigns (PPC), utilizing data to optimize ad spend and ROI.
- Product Listings Optimization: Ensure product listings are optimized for SEO, enhanced brand content, and high-quality imagery to boost product visibility and conversion rates.
- Reporting & Analysis: Track and report on key metrics (sales, inventory, profit margins, etc.), providing regular updates and insights to leadership.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, logistics, and customer service, to ensure smooth operations and alignment with broader company goals.
- Inventory Management: Work closely with the supply chain team to ensure inventory levels are optimized and shipments are timely.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience: Experience managing Amazon seller accounts, with a strong focus on driving growth and profitability, preferably in the Canada and Mexico markets.
- Ecommerce Knowledge: In-depth understanding of Amazon’s platform, tools, and best practices for managing listings, advertising, and product optimization.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data, market trends, and competitor strategies to make data-driven decisions.
- SEO & Content Optimization: Solid understanding of Amazon SEO principles, A Content, Enhanced Brand Content, and listing optimization techniques.
- Market Awareness: Knowledge of the Canadian and Mexican eCommerce markets, including consumer behavior, regulatory considerations, and shipping logistics.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in English and Spanish (preferred).
- Detail-Oriented: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to identify challenges and proactively find solutions to enhance account performance and resolve issues.
- Tools & Software: Proficiency in Amazon Seller Central, Amazon Advertising Console, Helium 10, Jungle Scout, and other Amazon-related tools.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
