THE ROLE
The Facilities Officer will require the constant drive and monitoring of the SBM suppliers. You will have to interface with a large panel of interlocutors, from staff to medium management and from local authorities to key suppliers. You contribute to the well-being of all office-based people (SBM staff, clients, subcontractors) by providing safe, adequate and convenient premises, in line with the company strategy on cost and safety optimization. You optimize and implement procedures to ensure SBM is compliant with the local regulations in order to minimize the legal risk for the company. This will also allow a consistent and qualitative service is delivered to all.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any related area;
- Fluent in English;
- Fluent in Spanish (good to have).
