- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat in both English and Korean.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized customer records.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel formulas (e.g., VLOOKUP, IF statements, pivot tables, conditional formatting) for data analysis and reporting.
- Process customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests professionally and efficiently.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and problem-solving.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and timely issue resolution.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Assist with administrative tasks and document processing.
