Job Description
We are seeking compassionate Caregivers to provide essential assistance and support to individuals in need. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for those requiring care and support.
Responsibilities
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Administer medication reminders and assist with medication management
- Help with light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation
- Accompany clients to appointments and outings
- Monitor and report any changes in clients' health or behavior
Experience
- Experience in social work, senior care, hospice care, or working with people with developmental disabilities is preferred
- Ability to drive clients to appointments and run errands
- Knowledge of first aid procedures
- Understanding of personal care tasks and practices
- Familiarity with home and community care services
- Strong communication skills and empathy towards clients
- Ability to maintain a clean and organized environment for clients
