As a Scaffold Builder, you will be part of a mobile crew, traveling to different job sites to erect and dismantle scaffolding structures, providing safe elevated access for workers. Responsibilities
- Erect and dismantle scaffolding structures at various construction and industrial sites.
- Ensure all scaffolding is erected squarely, leveled, and adheres to all required safety standards.
- Communicate effectively with fellow crew members to understand equipment needs and coordinate material movement on the project.
- Ensure safe operations at all job sites in full compliance with the company’s safety program and all regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years’ of scaffold builidng experience with system scaffolding.
- Basic knowledge of scaffolding installation.
- Ability to start and complete erection of scaffolding to all required safety standards.
- Must have all required tools for the job.
- Valid Driver’s License and/or reliable transportation.
- Clean background.
- Physically fit, able to climb scaffolding and lift, handle, pass, and carry up to 75 pounds.
- High School graduates/GED.
- Must provide own steel-toe boots.
