What We’re Looking For
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year as a CSR, preferably in veterinary medicine.
- Leadership Skills: Previous experience in a supervisory or lead role is required.
- Customer Service Focus: Passion for delivering a top-notch client experience while fostering strong client relationships.
- Fear-Free Commitment: Embrace and promote the Fear-Free philosophy to reduce stress for pets and clients.
- Schedule: Four 10-hour shifts per week, including weekends.
- Compensation: $18-$22/hour based on experience.
