What You’ll Be Doing:
- Leading nursing services to deliver high-quality, individualized care for residents.
- Collaborating with the management team and stepping in as the Executive Director in their absence.
- Overseeing day-to-day nursing operations, ensuring compliance with all regulations, and optimizing care plans for resident needs.
- Monitoring services, training staff, and conducting regular rounds to ensure all shifts provide excellent, consistent care.
