Furniture Warehouse Manager (Manual Labor)

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Furniture Warehouse Manager to join our team. This full-time position offers an excellent opportunity to manage the daily operations of a busy furniture warehouse, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows while performing essential manual labor tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the receiving, storing, and dispatching of furniture inventory.

- Supervise and assist in the loading/unloading of furniture from delivery trucks.

- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock is properly organized.

- Perform regular inspections of warehouse equipment and furniture to ensure quality control.

- Supervise a team of warehouse staff, providing training and ensuring adherence to safety protocols.

- Maintain cleanliness and safety of the warehouse.

- Coordinate with suppliers and customers for timely deliveries and returns.

- Manage shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment to meet deadlines.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in warehouse management, preferable in a furniture or manual labor setting.

- Strong leadership and organizational skills.

- Ability to lift heavy furniture and work in a physically demanding environment.

- Excellent communication skills.

- Basic knowledge of inventory management systems.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
