Job Summary
The ARC Program Data Management Assistant reports to the Associate Dean of Occupational Programs and is responsible for the collection and management of enrollment, individual program requirements, and certification data. This position retrieves and maintains data to ensure proper reporting to appropriate state and federal departments. The ARC Program Data Management Assistant collaborates with the ARC Program Coordinator and the ARC Certification Officer to manage accurate enrollment and certification data for all ARC students and teachers.

Required Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in related field.
- One (1) year of related work experience.
- Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field.
- Two (2) years of related work experience.
