Schumann Printers, Inc. located in Fall River, Wisconsin is one of the nation’s leading commercial printing, binding, and mailing service companies. Our family-owned and operated facility is ready to welcome you aboard our award-winning team of dedicated web press and bindery experts. We currently have an opening in our Finishing Department for an experienced cutter/folder operator.

Full-time
Our typical work week is Monday – Friday, some overtime may be required.
Second Shift: 2 pm - 10 pm (shift premium)
*Regular wage increases at performance milestones.
*Paid on the job training.
*Uniforms provided
*Controlled temperature work environment
Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
Basic Skills Needed: Mechanically Inclined, Attention to Detail, Self-Motivated/Driven, Basic Math Ability, Problem Solving Skills, Ability to Follow Processes, Efficient, Organized, Basic Computer Skills, Dependable, Team Player and Able to Occasionally Lift 40 lbs.
Responsibilities
- Operate cutting and folding equipment to produce high-quality printed materials.
- Monitor production process to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Perform quality control checks to maintain standards.
- Utilize computer skills for job setup and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines at all times.
