The CNC Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Manufacturing Team with the management of materials to meet customer requirements and company objectives. Support manufacturing operations to ensure quality and production requirements are met.
Essential Functions
- Monitor and maintain the work in-progress area on a daily basis to ensure work orders are closed and finished goods are put away within a 24 hour period
- Review Scanned Paperwork to ensure completion
- Maintain cleanliness of staging area
- Process completed inventory loads to a bin location, next work center, or stage for sales order
- Process Confirm WIP App to ensure completion
- Attend daily production meetings
- Follow and comply with mandated ISO quality procedures
- Ensure all ISO forms relating to production are completed correctly and timely
- Review production schedules, work orders, and inventory documents to distribute materials and determine material priorities for meeting strict deadlines as set forth in production.
- Maintain a safe work environment and ensure MIOSHA, safety rules, and regulations are followed.
- Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
- Must be able to communicate with coworkers through written and verbal communication including, but not limited to: ability to present information and reports, read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Must be able to interact in person with coworkers and management
- Must be able to handle high stress situations
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
Education And Experience
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent (required)
- 3 to 6 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience (required)
- Minimum of 1 year or certificate-completion from college or technical school (preferred)
- Working knowledge of Inventory software and order processing systems.
- Certification or ability to become certified in forklift and Hi-Lo operation.
- Lift, move, or position materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
