Job Purpose:


As the eCommerce Specialist, you will be responsible for leading the development and

optimization of the company’s eCommerce platforms. You will guide a team of developers in

building, maintaining, and enhancing the functionality of the eCommerce websites, ensuring a

seamless and secure shopping experience. This role requires both hands-on development and

leadership skills, as you will oversee projects, mentor junior developers, and collaborate closely

with cross-functional teams to support the company’s online sales strategy.

Reports To: Director of Technology


Compensation and Benefits:


Compensation is pre-taxed annual salary based on qualifications and experience and is eligible for performance-based bonus opportunities


  • 152 hours of personal days are available following first 90 days (personal days are not tied to compensation and do not roll over into future years)
  • $50 per month wellness reimbursement
  • $500 "Be the Customer Program"

  • 401k program
  • A performance review will be conducted every two weeks for the first 30 days and quarterly from then on out. Annual reviews, expectations, and goals will be conducted in January of each year

Pay: $52,500-75,000 per year


Expected hours: 40 per week

Required Skills and Qualifications:


  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, web development, or a related field,

or equivalent experience.

  • Experience: 5 years of experience in web development, with a focus on e-commerce

platforms, and at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.

  • Strong proficiency in web development languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript,

PHP, and back-end programming languages like Python, Ruby, or Node.js.

  • Experience working with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento,

WooCommerce, or custom-built solutions.

  • Expertise in integrating third-party systems, APIs, and payment gateways.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, web analytics, and performance optimization strategies.
  • Experience managing development teams and leading e-commerce projects from

concept to execution.

  • Familiarity with version control systems and project management tools is a plus


Ability to Relocate:

  • Noblesville, IN 46060: Relocate before starting work (Required)


Work Location: In person

Salary : $52,500 - $75,000
