What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Assistant position at ScreenSafe, Inc.?
We seek a full-time employee for an in-person position Monday-Friday 8-hour shifts between 7 am and 10:30 pm (schedule is not negotiable). Must have strong verbal skills, proficient in Microsoft Office, be organized, multitask, and be self-motivated. Customer service experience is a plus. Pay is $15.00, increasing to $16.00 after three months. Employees are eligible for health insurance (BlueCross/BlueShield PPO 80% paid by the employer), dental insurance, 17 days of paid time off (PTO) after 90-day probation, a 401K with employer match, EAP services, and long and short-term disability. All candidates for employment are tested for Excel proficiency and submit to a drug screen and a background check. The ability to speak Spanish is a plus but not required. We are a small business with a small, friendly, and supportive office.
