Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and professional Receptionist/Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Immediate start dates, serious inquiries only!
Duties
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel or taking messages as needed.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately into systems and databases.
- Maintain organized filing systems for both physical and digital documents, as well as assembling files.
- Assist with data collection and administrative tasks to support office operations.
- Manage medical software.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars.
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable at all times.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages efficiently.
- Support other administrative staff with various tasks as needed.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
- Proficient in using office software, including word processing, scanning, spreadsheets, and databases.
- Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in data entry and file management.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Management of medical software.
- Strong computer skills.
- Concierge experience preferred.
- Call Center experience preferred.

- 8 AM - 5PM or 3 PM - 7 PM
Must pass a background check along with having three strong professional references.
Pre-employment testing is required!

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 35 per week
