As a Social Media Assistant, you will be responsible for managing direct interactions with our audience across various social media platforms. This includes responding to comments, engaging with followers, and proactively reaching out to potential clients via direct messaging. Your efforts will help build stronger connections with our community while promoting our mission to provide top-tier training to law enforcement professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement: Actively monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.
- Outreach: Initiate direct messaging campaigns to connect with potential clients, answer questions, and provide information about our training programs.
- Brand Voice: Maintain a consistent and professional tone that reflects the mission and values of Street Cop Training.
- Content Support: Collaborate with the social media team to ensure posts are effectively driving engagement and fostering conversations.
- Community Building: Foster meaningful connections with our audience to grow and strengthen our online community.
- Feedback Collection: Track and report audience feedback and frequently asked questions to help improve our social media strategy and training offerings.
