We are currently seeking a Junior Sales Associate to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and ambitious individual to learn the lighting and controls business from the ground up, with the goal of growing into a full-time Outside Sales Representative role.
What You’ll Do
As a Junior Sales Associate, you will:
- Learn the Business: Gain in-depth knowledge of the lighting and controls industry, our product lines, and the sales process through hands-on training.
- Support Sales Activities: Assist senior sales representatives in client outreach, project tracking, and customer relationship management.
- Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with our quotations, project management, and inside sales teams to deliver seamless client service.
- Build Relationships: Develop and maintain strong connections with architects, designers, contractors, and other key industry stakeholders.
- Develop Skills: Hone your product knowledge, presentation abilities, and sales strategies to prepare for a future role as an Outside Sales Representative.
