- Sales & Business Development:
- Identify and target new business opportunities. Signing new dealerships for potential growth.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing dealers to foster repeat business and referrals.
- Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Provide expert advice to customers regarding the best products for their wants and needs.
- Product Knowledge:
- Stay current with the latest products, technologies, and trends in the marine industry.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to current dealerships and prospective dealerships.
- Understand and communicate technical specifications about Sea Fox boats.
- Customer Support & Service:
- Provide exceptional customer service and post-sale support.
- Maintain positive working relationships to ensure high levels of dealer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with customer service and technical teams to address dealer inquiries and concerns.
- Sales Strategy & Reporting:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet market demands.
- Prepare regular sales reports, including market trends, customer feedback, and progress toward sales goals.
- Monitor competitor activity and adjust sales tactics accordingly.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing team to align sales and promotional efforts.
- Collaborate with the production teams to ensure timely product delivery.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote the company’s products and services.
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Experience:
- At least 2-3 years of experience in the sales industry.
- Skills:
- Strong sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand and explain complex products.
- Proficient in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales tools.
