We have an exciting Maintenance Dispatcher opportunity. The Maintenance Dispatcher will receive and coordinate all daily work order activity and schedules with maintenance techs, Supervisors, and farm personnel.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Receive and dispatch all work orders to field personnel.
- Coordinate and receive work orders in such a manner that meets both priority and Biosecurity needs of the farm to personnel.
- Provide timely and accurate feedback / communication on work orders and information to management on a routine basis.
- Enter all daily work orders, work logs and purchase orders.
- Organize and file all daily data entry paperwork by site and / or field personnel and generate assigned daily and / or weekly reports.
- Generate daily / weekly reports and distribute.
- Receive Invoices.
