Clinician (RN) Women's Specialty/Full-Time

POSITION SUMMARY: The Clinician II collaborates with healthcare professionals to ensure a seamless care continuum for patients in a clinic setting. This role focuses on maintaining safety and high-quality care standards while coordinating wellness and chronic illness activities for the patient population. Success is measured by patient satisfaction and quality performance metrics.

Minimum Qualifications

• EDUCATION: RN required; BSN preferred.
• CERTIFICATION: NM RN license and BLS certification required.
• SKILLS: Effective communication, teaching techniques, and coordination of educational materials.
• EXPERIENCE: One year in a clinical setting preferred.
  
  

NATURE OF SUPERVISION: Supervises medical assistants and ensures clinical staff orientation and competencies.

ENVIRONMENT: Requires physical stamina and exposure to clinic conditions.
