We are seeking an On-Call RN to provide essential nursing care after regular office hours, ensuring patients and families receive the support they need when our office is closed. This unique On Call RN position shift is 7 days on/7 days off.

Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to patient needs after hours, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Assess situations, initiate interventions, and provide necessary care.
- Ensure seamless communication with daytime staff by reporting any visits or significant events.
- Deliver high-quality hospice care, including symptom management, education for patients/families, and post-death support when necessary.
- Professionalism: Represent the organization positively with maturity, self-control, and respect for all individuals.

Requirements:
- Licensure: RN licensed through the State Board of Nursing.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of nursing, with at least 6 months in hospice care.
- Excellent crisis intervention, communication, and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of hospice care and compassion for the terminally ill.
