Seatrax has developed a new CNC Program and is seeking a skilled CNC Operator/Programmer to lead the new program and grow with the company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CNC programming and operating, as well as leadership skills to manage a team of CNC operators, ability to consistently maintain product quality.
Responsibilities:
- Develop CNC programs for various machines and parts
- Set up and operate CNC machines to produce parts and components according to specifications
- Train and mentor CNC operators on programming and operating techniques
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure they are in good working condition
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with machines as they arise
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize manufacturing processes
Skills:
- Proficient in operating CNC machines
- Strong knowledge of CAD software

Requirements
- High School Diploma/ CNC technical diploma preferred
- 2-5 years’ experience operating CNC Lathe machines
- Experience with Fanuc controls and programming
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
