**Job Overview:** We are seeking a skilled Dental Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in dental office administration, possess excellent communication skills, and be proficient in managing front desk operations. **Responsibilities:** - Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner - Schedule patient appointments and manage the dental office calendar - Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and efficiently - Verify insurance information and process patient billing - Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations - Assist with medical scheduling and coordinate patient referrals - Utilize dental software such as Dentrix or Eaglesoft for administrative tasks - Manage office inventory and supplies **Experience:** - Previous experience as a Dental Receptionist or in a similar front desk role - Proficiency in using phone systems and office equipment - Knowledge of medical terminology and dental procedures - Familiarity with ER protocols in a medical setting is a plus - Experience with Dentrix or Eaglesoft software preferred Joining our team as a Dental Receptionist offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic healthcare environment, utilizing your organizational skills to ensure efficient office operations.
