What are the responsibilities and job description for the QuickBooks (Desktop not online) Assistant position at Seaver Construction, Inc.?
Qualifications
We are looking for someone with no less than 3 years of experience working in an office setting & 3 years of experience using QuickBooks Desktop (not online), specifically to do the following:
- Do you have property management experience?
- Have you created monthly invoices that show if rent has been paid or is due?
- Have you set up new tenants or made old tenants inactive?
- Do you have experience dealing with multiple properties?
- Do you have experience dealing with different banks & multiple bank accounts within QuickBooks?
Unfortunately, we do not have the ability to train the newcomer, so we are in need of an experience professional. Again, we are looking for someone with prior experience handing all of the above.
Pay rate is starting at $25 but we will be basing our final pay decision on experience. Extremely flexible hours. Work to be completed on site in Woburn, MA.
