We are looking for a motivated, hard-working individual to join our team. This person will help recruit "A" players to fill senior level roles, candidates primarily earning $100k-$250k base salaries. We specialize in the Real Estate space, looking at new verticals such as Architecture and Wealth Management.
Responsibilities:
- Offering guidance and support with the sourcing and matching of available candidates
- Develop a pool of senior candidates (passive and active) through networking and headhunting, developing relationships with these candidates.
- Screening candidates over the phone, assessing talent and gauging interest.
- Schedule interviews with Sr. Recruiter
-High volume calling/texting
-80 touch points per day
-Learn the Sourcing side of the business, graduate to client management.
-Manage candidate pool through ATS/CRM.
-Looking for an individual with professionalism and consistency.
Salary : $100,000 - $250,000
