Role Overview

As an Associate Product Manager you will be focused on seeking out, evaluating, and executing new growth strategies. Primary focus will be on expanding use cases and most importantly identifying unchartered market opportunities. This requires a comprehensive understanding of critical client workflows. This is done by research, compilation and reporting on market trends, competitive analysis and calculating addressable markets. The ability to discover requirements and work 1:1 with our clients is required to capture the true market need and the future trajectory of our business.

You must possess a unique blend of business and technical savvy; a big-picture vision, as well as strong detail-orientation and the drive to make that vision a reality.

What You’ll Do

Reporting to the Director of Solution Strategy, the Associate Product Manager will provide deep and timely insight on the competition for our Healthcare solutions. This critical role requires an ambitious, deliberate, and detail-oriented thinker to create and manage up to date, accurate and precise information on each of the competitors for our products and our portfolio.

  • Create dossiers on client workflows
  • Create dossiers on use cases supporting future strategy
  • Create dossiers on competitors
  • Dossiers will include features, pricing, strengths, weaknesses, partnerships, and perceived strategic direction.
  • Assist in business case development
  • Create win/loss analysis record, helping organization uncover patterns and strategies to grow the win rate.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and data analysis projects utilizing Salesforce/CRM Experience.
  • Data Analysis utilizing Excel, Access, SQL, Tableau, etc.
  • Utilize tools such as Market and Markets to build and maintain corporate intelligence
  • Help Product Management prioritize and strategize, to achieve a successful outflanking strategy on key competitors.
  • Capture market analyst opinions of Securitas Healthcare and competitors.
  • Conduct primary and secondary research competition.
  • Conduct post-mortems on deals won and lost to capture competitive differentiators and shortcomings.
  • Present regularly to the Product and Strategy Leadership team.
  • Create ‘at a glance’ summaries to help sales and marketing better position against competitors and appropriately position Securitas Healthcare offerings.
  • Develop expertise in positioning Securitas Healthcare offerings

Travel Requirements

  • Typically requires overnight travel 5% to 15% of the time


Required Qualifications

  • The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a bachelor’s program or equivalent degree in a field of study related program
  • 2 years of work experience in Product Management, up-stream marketing/business intelligence role or product strategy

  • Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communications skills with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the business and client facing engagements
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools (Powerpoint, Excel, Teams, Sharepoint)
  • Self-motivated individual who strives for excellence and continuous improvement using analytical problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated problem solving and analytical skills.

  • Ability to “connect the dots,” uncovering insights from incomplete information.
  • Interest in growing into a product management or product strategy
