Description
The Retail Market Manager is responsible for operations management and revenue generation within assigned regional branches and provides quality leadership, encouragement and guidance to all branch personnel, while ensuring all branches are focused on creating an exceptional in-branch customer experience.
The Retail Market Manager initiates, directs and participates with Retail Banking Managers in outside business development calls that include prospecting new consumer and commercial business relationships, as well as expand existing relationships.
