Responsibilities and Duties
- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, ensuring they are clearly understood and communicated.
- Analysis and Documentation: Analyze business processes and workflows, identifying areas for improvement. Create detailed documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and process maps.
- Solution Design: Work with IT and business teams to design and implement effective IT solutions that meet business needs. Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with industry best practices.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact between IT and business stakeholders. Facilitate meetings, presentations, and workshops to ensure clear communication and alignment.
- Testing and Validation: Develop and execute test plans to ensure IT solutions meet business requirements. Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and address any issues that arise.

- Project Management Professional (PMP) or Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP) is a plus.
