You'll get to chat with a mix of cool folks, share your knowledge, and help boost our sales with your engaging and informative demos. What You Need Must be 18 (sorry, no exceptions) Experience in customer service, retail, or food service is a bonus Killer communication and people skills Able to work solo and as part of a squad Passion for food, health, and wellness Flexible to work weekends and holidays Physical Stuff Standing for long periods (don't worry, it's fun!) Lifting up to 25 pounds Thriving in a fast-paced environment Active and ready to move Additional Requirements Language Skills: You gotta be fluent in English, and if you know Spanish too, that's a big plus! Footwear: Non-slip shoes are a must for keeping it safe (heads up, you gotta bring your own). Work Authorization: You need to be authorized to work in the US. Reliable Transportation: You need a reliable way to get here and join in on our adventures! Flexibility: Gotta be flexible with your schedule. Vision Acuity: Peripheral vision and near/far visual accuracy are crucial. Hearing Ability: Effectively hear and respond to instructions in a bustling environment. Allergy Tolerance: Able to handle a wide variety of fresh ingredients without adverse allergic reactions. Step-Stool and Ladder Use: Confidently utilize a step-stool or ladder as needed. Physical Balance: Maintain stability and balance while executing tasks efficiently. Clear Communication Skills: Convey instructions clearly and communicate with team members effectively, even in busy or noisy environments.
