Position – Machine Operator

Job Location – Hartland, WI

Starting Date – ASAP

Employment Term – Temp to Hire

Employment Type – Full time

Work Hours (Shift) –Full time 3rd shift, 11PM-7AM Mon-Fri

Pay – $17.00-18.00

Required Experience – Prior manufacturing experience is helpful

Job Description:

·        Review job ticket specifications to correctly prepare product and supplies for each job.

·        Set up and operate machine and any in-line equipment.

·        Monitor quality by comparing product to job ticket specifications, and prepare all required quality

·        paperwork.

·        Monitor equipment during operation to detect malfunctions, and make machine adjustments as necessary

·        to ensure quality standards are being met.

·        Perform basic repair of machine equipment that malfunctions during operation.

·        Move product in and out of machine.

·        Supervise any helpers working on machine.

·        Communicate with supervisors and Client Service staff regarding concerns or questions related to jobs in

·        progress.

·        Accurately record counts and time worked on all jobs.

·        Maintain neat and orderly work area.

·        Assist in other parts of the department and production as needed.

·        Perform Total Preventative Maintenance (TPM) duties as assigned.

·        Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

·        Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, job tickets and procedure

·        Must be able to travel to Hartland

·        Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common

·        High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred

·        Warehouse work experience preferred

·        Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
