POSITION – Warehouse Lead
JOB LOCATION – Grafton, WI
STARTING DATE – Immediate
EMPLOYMENT TERM – Temp-to-Hire
EMPLOYMENT TYPE – Full-Time
WORK HOURS (SHIFT) – 1st Shift 8am-4pm (occasionally till 6pm)
STARTING PAY – $20-22 per hour

REQUIRED EDUCATION – High School Diploma/GED
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE – At least 2 years of warehouse experience. Some type of lead role is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist the supervisor in leading a team of warehouse associates during assigned shift
2. Assign tasks and prioritize workflow to meet daily operational goals
3. Train and mentor warehouse staff on company policies and procedures
4. Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy, including conducting regular cycle counts
5. Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely fulfillment of orders
6. Enforce safety protocols and regulations to create a secure work environment
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a warehouse lead is preferred
-2 years of warehouse experience, including forklift certification
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and make quick decisions
- Knowledge of inventory management systems and procedures
- Flexibility to work past scheduled shift times to accommodate order demands
